“Reflexology
is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all
the organs, glands and other parts of the body. Reflexology is unique method of using the thumb and fingers
on the reflex areas.”
Reflexologists are not physicians. They do not diagnose diseases, prescribe medication or treat for a specific condition.
Reflexology relieves stress and tension and improves nerve and blood supply. This
helps nature to normalize the body’s functions and allows the body’s natural healing abilities to work better.
Reflexology should not be considered a replacement for conventional medical care but as a complimentary method of
improving health and maintaining wellness.
During each Reflexology session, the entire feet and/or hands will be worked to comply with the theory that every
part of the body must be functioning correctly for the whole body to be at its best.
Reflexologists make no claims or promises because everybody is different
and every body responds differently to the stimulation of Reflexology.
Studies have shown, though, that Reflexology can in no way make a serious ailment or physical condition worse.
Try it and judge the results on your own body. To best enjoy your session, remember:
- Please arrive a few
minutes before your scheduled time.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that will allow access to feet/lower legs and hands/lower arms.
- You will be seated in a reclining chair for feet and hands and moved to an upright chair if work is
desired on reflex areas on the head and neck.
- Please
do not wear heavy perfume, as many clients are very sensitive to
perfumes.

Reiki (pronounced
ray-key) is the Japanese name for stress reduction and relaxation technique that promotes healing. It is
very simple, gentle yet powerful healing art that can be used on anyone. It can also be learned by everyone.
The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words, “rei” meaning Universal spirit
and “ki” meaning Life force energy. The word Reiki, there fore, refers to a balanced cosmic
and life force energy. It is a method of drawing on the universal energies, surrounding and available to
all of us, concentrating and sending that energy back out again, for healing.
Because of its unique qualities, Reiki seems to have a basic
consciousness which, when used for healing, is able to provide exactly what is needed on all levels. Reiki
treatments work by dissolving or eliminating toxic energy and substances from many levels of ones’ being, whether its
physical, mental or emotional or spiritual. Its non-invasive nature is conducive to working with any other
type of medical/healing treatment. Reiki
is a safe, highly effective healing modality whose popularity is rapidly growing throughout the country.
As a Reiki
Master, my Reiki energy is always available so my Reflexology clients receive Reiki also.
My clients notice Reiki as increased heat
and tingling sensations. Full body Reiki sessions can be done in about an hour at my same hourly rate. I also teach and attune others to use Reiki.
During Raindrop
Therapy, nine essential oils and pure vegetable carrier oils are dropped onto the skin along the spine
and lightly feathered into the skin while Reiki warms the oils and activates their relaxing and healing properties.
Warm moist heat is placed over the back and relaxes the
client further, while the same oils are gently layered onto the soles of the feet.
