.Electronic Muscle
Stimulator
Gentle electric impulses contract muscles to promote relaxation, increase
circulation and speed healing and strengthening of injuries.
I have one of these and it feels great
on my upper back and neck muscles after a hard day. It helps my hands and wrists, too.
I used it to speed
healing of my last sprained ankle.

. BUNION AIDS
Bunions have been a prevalent problem in my office
lately. We've been discussing ways to balance the tendons and relieve the pain naturally.
Here is an
assortment of our favorite tools.
You owe it to yourself to try to straighten your toes and relieve pain
naturally. The surgical method works, but it's PAINFUL.
Tailor's bunions, or bunionettes (as if someone
thinks that because they are smaller they hurt less!), are behind the small toes on the outside of the foot. I was looking
for something to help with them and found ONE possibility. -------> Nobody has tried it yet. If you do,
please send me a product review.

.YOGA TOES
As a Reflexologist,
I see a lot of toes in need of help! These Yoga Toe stretchers are a great tool for separating and straightening
the toes. My toes are in fairly good shape so, to me, they give a relaxing stretching sensation. For several
of my clients, they provide a powerful stretch to toes that are not accustomed to doing that. Those folks tell me that
it is best to follow the directions in the package and start with 5 to 10 minutes. Slowly increasing the stretching
time causes little discomfort and I have seem some dramatic results.
Hammertoes, bunions, Morton's Neuromas, and
overlapping toes can slowly and gently be trained back into a much less painful condition. Soft tissue causes the problems.
Tendons and muscles become out of balance. Some contract too much and others over extend, pulling the toes into
unnatural positions.
If you have pain, you should give these Yoga Toes a chance to reshape your feet naturally.
I can tell you from experience, it's a lot less painful than surgery!

.Yoga Sandals
“Spread your toes” is a favorite Reflexologist and yoga
teacher mantra for a reason. Separating your toes improves your balance, flexibility and alignment. These therapeutic sandals
retrain your feet to do just that while also helping to relieve painful foot conditions.
I received mine one week
ago, today. I've always kept my toes flexible and wear shoes wide enough to allow them to spread but I still had
to separate my little toes to get them into the correct slots, at first. After wearing them for an hour or two, I could
take them off and side them right back on because the toes were spread. However, the next day, I had to help them again
- until this morning, when they slipped right on. Ta! Da!

I was concerned whether I could stand pressure between my tender
little toes, but it's not a problem. Everytime I put them on, my toes freak for a few moments. Then that
goes away and I have no discomfort or strange sensations, even if I wear them for the rest of the day.

I am SO
excited to be able to tell you about Superfeet. I learned a few years ago how important orthotics are but I
couldn't deal with the excessive cost of the custom made ones. Then I found these! They are reasonably priced
so I can afford to have them in all my shoes. They come in different profiles for different kinds of shoes, and they
last an amazingly long time.
Ever since I put these
in my shoes, my feet, knees and lower back feel MUCH BETTER. I have them in every pair of shoes I own.

.SIMPLY
SLENDER BODY WRAP FORMULA
When I suggested this product in an earlier article it was because of the
clarity of information on the website. Since then, my massage therapist friend has tried the formula.
She and her clients are VERY pleased. She says it's easy to use. Spreading the clay mixture on the
body, then wrapping with cloths wet with just hot water, is much faster than some other methods she's used. She
says it produces consistantly large loss of inches.

'LIFE GEAR INVERSION TABLE I GOT THIS! It's GREAT! I've
been working on a gardening/landscaping project. After several hours work, I would find it difficult to straighten up
for the rest of the day. I decided this was the perfect time to go ahead and order this for myself.
I did
some research and found this model. It’s very reasonably priced and has excellent customer reviews.
It works perfectly and seems very sturdy. I cannot imagine what those more expensive models do that this one doesn't.
When I limp in from the yard, I take a hot shower, and sometimes soak in the hot tub, then invert for a while.
Amazing! One of my clients raves about his inversion table. He uses it daily and
says his back and hips have been feeling much better. Recently he told me about overworking one day, mowing
down a huge hillside full of weeds, and having a nasty fall, too. He said he dragged himself home, all
bent and battered. After hanging for a bit he was relaxed and could walk upright once again.

'CHILLOW I recently got one of these and it’s SO COOL!
Literally, it’s always cool! I’m so tired of hot flashes and night sweats I could just
SCREAM!
I keep my Chillow beside my bed so that anytime I get too hot I can put it on top of my pillow or under
me or behind my back, if I’m sitting up watching TV.
I’ve put it behind my back or across my lap, while
at my computer too. Sometimes, I just hug it! It’s SO COOL!

PIL-O-SPLINTS
I had the older non-adjustable version of this splint, but I gave that set to my son last
summer when my wrists were feeling good and his hurt.
Pulling weeds, digging, raking, hoeing and hauling in my
yard was over-taxing my wrists and flaring up the carpal tunnel pain.
I was delighted when I found these.
The simple adjustment method allows me to tighten them just a bit over my small wrists and, most importantly, these are CHEAPER than the originals I bought several years ago!
Maintaining the wrists and hands in a neutral position while sleeping
really helps heal carpal tunnel! Top

ARNIFLORA ARNICA GEL
I've used and recommended this pain relieving gel for so many years, it's
a habit I don't think about. However, I was recently reminded twice on the same day.
First a client
called and asked me the name of that stuff that stops pain, bruising and swelling, that I use all the time. She had injured
herself and needed some ASAP. She knew I knew the right stuff to use, but she couldn't remember the name.
A few hours later, another client called to share a healing miracle with me. She fell and injured her hand
and wrist, while visiting a friend. She suffered tremendous pain for a couple days, but didn't want to upset
her friend by telling her how bad it was. As soon as she returned home she got out her Arniflora and slathered herself.
By the next morning, the pain and swelling was almost gone. After just a few more applications, the wrist was totally
healed. Top

' BalanceBall CHAIR
I have one of these chairs. Until recently, I thought it was dumb
looking and down right scary! I would expect something like this to dump me off onto the floor at regular intervals.
How good for me could that be?
However, one of my clients
has one and she raved about it for almost a year. I went to her place of business and gave it a try.
Pasting a smile on my face, I gingerly lowered myself while holding on to her desk for dear life! It
felt pretty good. I let go of the desk and wiggled a bit and stayed on top. The ball
was securely held in place, (what a relief!) so I started feeling safer. Actually it felt pretty good so I bought
one.
The resilience of the ball feels good. It does not
feel hard, as if it iss squashing my bottom flat. I think it relieves some leg problems because of the decreased
pressure on the nerve and blood supply. It requires a tiny bit of effort to remain balanced. That should help strengthen the back and core muscles.
A booklet of simple exercises, that can be done with the ball on or off (definitely ON in my case!) the chair,
is included. I really like this chair. It's one of the three chairs on which I spend a lot of time.

THERMOTEX INFRARED HEATING PAD
My Mother has spinal stenosis and degenerated discs in her low back. These conditions
pinch the nerves causing severe pain in her back, legs and feet. This pain became even more frustrating since her replacement
surgery made her knees feel so good. She continued to take lots of pain medication, not for her knees but
for her back.
Early this year she had temporary nerve blocks injected that relieved the pain, so she scheduled to
have permanent blocks injected, a month later. In the meantime, she started using a Thermotex Infrared
Heating pad regularly. The results were AMAZING and IMMEDIATE!
Twenty minutes of the infrared heat on
her back relieves the pain and restores her mobility, even after riding her lawn tractor for 8 hours or planting trees or
spreading a pickup load of mulch. She cancelled the nerve block procedure and reduced her use of pain medication
and, months later, is still doing very well. The infrared heat provides effective, non-invasive,
non-addictive pain relief with no side effects, and can be used as often as needed.
Apparently, infrared heat penetrates deeply
into the body, increasing blood flow for healing. For more information on how it works, read the Clinical Information
at www.thermotex.com. The best purchase price I found is through
amazon.com, with free shipping! (I LOVE free shipping!) The manufacturer offers a 30 day money back guarantee!
Another client just got one of these last week and is SO
IMPRESSED. He says it REALLY stops his backache and restores free movement!

TRIFLORA ARTHRITIS GEL
I got the Triflora
gel the same time as the Arniflora. Arniflora is for removing pain from injuries, strains and bruises. Triflora
reduces inflammation and pain from "-itises". Arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis and, amazingly, neuritis.
One of my clients suffered terribly from peripheral neuropathy. Having tried everything else, she naturally used some
of this and discovered the best topical relief ever.

YOGA
BALL THERAPY SYSTEM
I have a set of balls like this. It's truly amazing how well my low back relaxes and releases
when I put the larger one under my tailbone and pull my knees up toward my chest. After a few minutes of slow deep breathing,
it feels like a whole different back. There are lots of other relaxing techniques for the balls to release other parts
of the back and body. I was worried that they would roll out from under me or I would have a hard time balancing on them but that
is not a problem. We used to suggest rolling on a tennis ball,
or two, to ease muscle tightness in the back, but those are HARD. I never could stand the pain. These Yoga
Balls are firm, but soft enough to not dig into your bones. Maybe I'm a wuss but I like these MUCH better! Top

BACK WAVE II BACK WAVE II
I have a
nasty habit of rolling my shoulders forward and slumping forward from the middle of my back. I KNOW this is bad!
I try to remain conscious of my posture while I'm working on my clients but, between moving around to get the angle
I want for specific reflex areas and being involved in TALKING, I forget about my own body. I do a series of stretches between
clients that help a lot but sometimes I feel like I really need to arch my shoulders back and let my body weight hold them
there until I relax between them and open up my chest. I know some folks do this on one of those big exercise balls
but I'm too goofy to use one of those. I can't seem to stay balanced and roll off! That tends to defeat
the purpose! This
padded arch works much better for me and stays where I put it! Top
